I made the right choice in trusting them to my dog's aftercare, as they were kind, compassionate and gentle every step of the way. I feel that I was able to honour my sweet boy in a way that I wanted, and that he was treated with dignity. I chose them because aquamation just felt right to me. Once I read about it I felt some relief and immediately knew this is what I wanted for my boy; it made it just a little bit easier for me to let my boy move on.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about everyone here. I was initially recommended to MMVHS by my local vet, and I am very glad that I reached out to them when it was time to say goodbye to my loved one. Every conversation I've had with them, from the initial phone call to the appointment itself, always had someone who was caring and compassionate. Dr. Karen was very kind in walking me through the entire process when it was time to say goodbye to my 15-year-old senior cat, who was sadly diagnosed with cancer and took excellent care of her until the very end. Thank you to everyone on the team for helping me through such a difficult time.

Very empathetic and compassionate team. Faithful Pet Memorial were excellent in helping us say goodbye to our dog, Haley, after 15 years and 3 months, in the comfort of her own home. Dr. Lizette explained what was happening at each step, and allowed us the time to say our goodbyes.

Our Lola was in a terrible state when we met Dr. Laura. Her compassion, professionalism, guided my family in the most respectful way so we could say goodbye. As hard as it was, we were so pleased that we used the mobile service. Instead of coming home to an empty house, we had to privilege of sending our Lola off with love while she was at home. Just over two weeks ago we unfortunately received the diagnosis our beautiful, fun natured 5 year old rescued Minx had kidney cancer (which was very aggressive, not treatable in his case & a surprise to all as he was always indoors, checked annually & healthy). Minx LOVED water, drank from the tap daily and we would wake up to find him sleeping in the washroom sink. He followed me around all day.Our veterinarian referred us to Midtown Mobile Hospice. We cannot give enough accolades to Midtown - professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and true animal/pet lovers. Our initial call provided us with kind, supportive words, detailed information about the process and times available. The veterinarian who arrived the next day was WONDERFUL (Dr. Lizete Valdmanis). When Dr. Lizete arrived we were given all the time we needed to share our final moments and hugs/kisses with Minx. Special mementos included a paw print, fur clipping (both if so desired) and a sweet paw print pin. Follow-up from this hospice was incredible; emails, a sympathy card and loss of a pet referral information.We miss Minx terribly, although our experience with Midtown eased us down this unexpected road easier. My family and I were so happy with the professionalism and compassion from their team, they made sure we were kept up to date when our dog, Axl passed away. When we picked his ashes up, they presented the urn in a beautiful way and the stone/card was a special touch that warmed our hearts. Compassion, understanding and support the whole way through such a difficult decision. This is honestly an act of love for your pet when the time comes, and the vet we had made the process completely pain and stress free for our beloved dog. Can’t recommend them enough
