Thank you Eco Elegance and more importantly thank you Carlina……it’s been 7 months since my heart broke into a million pieces on a sunny Saturday afternoon.I’m still not ok. I wish that day had never happened writing this is very difficult.Carlina thank you for the kind words of support, the hugs & for giving me peace of mind knowing that Princey was treated with so much Dignity, Elegance & Grace. His final resting place matched perfectly with his way of tackling the world. Princey and I breeze through the world & the world moved to the sound of Princey’s drum.12 years short years my Princey my baby.

Unfortunately I am very late with my review. I cannot say enough great things about Carlina and Erica. When our sweet rabbit passed away we were heartbroken. We wanted to have something to remember her by. After a google search and many calls I found Eco Elegance.Both Erica and Carlina were very kind, understanding and sympathetic. They really made the process as painless as possible. This place is a dream. From the moment I called (in tears), I was greeted with a calming voice and deepest sympathies. After having my girl for almost 15 years, I felt compelled to find a better option than leaving her at the vet. It's always a difficult decision to say goodbye to a pet with the respect and dignity that they deserve, but Eco Elegance made it very easy. Carlina provided our entire family with an exceptional service when our dear paw pal Ginger passed away. We were given same day service, which was great. The environment was very comforting and spacious. We had enough time to say our goodbyes and there were a variety of keepsakes that were available for purchase. We are very greatful and glad that we found such a wonderful establishment. Thank you to Carlina and Erica for all that you do!

A warm and welcoming staff and place. Helped ease a very difficult day. They provide you with a peaceful and private space to say goodbye. Answer all your questions. It was extremely hard and traumatic loosing Maya so unexpectedly. When we brought her in Erica was so kind and even prepared her with her body covered so we could have a good last memory of her. Maya was my first dog so I’ve never dealt with this kind of thing before and couldn’t have asked for a better experience during a hard time. Getting the clipping of her fur was such a small thing but meant the absolute world to me and my family. I would recommend going here for your precious animal’s 10/10. They are amazing and make a very hard time just a little bit better by taking such good care of your loved animal. Thank you so much Erica for taking such good care of Maya!

We haven’t forgotten. It was exactly one year ago today that we called Eco Elegance about the passing of Pappy. They were very helpful understanding and patient and were able to bring us in the same day.Erica provided us with excellent service showed us a lot of empathy and understanding. The whole process brought us closure and we felt it was the perfect way to say good bye to our loving girl. Thank you Eco Elegance.

Finding astounding care, compassion, and quality prices all in one place is nearly impossible to come by, but Eco Elegance goes above and beyond to deliver it all and more. Words can’t describe the people, their generosity, and what they’ve put into this business as a whole, and the extent of the care and service they provide for passionate pet owners like myself. I’ve cremated five of my rats with them, and there will be many more to come through my lifetime; All of which will be memorialized with Eco Elegance. On August 27, 2022, I lost my beloved bunny. I was devastated and overwhelmed with emotions and was asked by the vet about aftercare. It was very difficult at that time to be thinking about aftercare when I was still shocked and upset about her death… I considered many options and finally did research after some days and found this place online. I am so happy we did. Carlina was very accommodating and compassionate with our situation. She allowed us plenty of time in a private room to say our goodbyes to our beloved bunny and explained the process of aquamation and the services they offered. We are very pleased with their care and service and would recommend aquamation over cremation as it is a more eco-friendly option and better for the environment.
