Sharon is wonderful throughout the entire process, she is so soft spoken, compassionate and so accommodating. She really helped me through one of the toughest heartbreaks of my life. Losing a pet is so hard and she made sure to explain the process, give me options and made sure I knew exactly what was happening with my sweet Koda. She messaged me as soon as Koda was ready for pick up and always kept me in the loop. When our little girl left us in August, I was so unsure where to go to have her remains taken care of. Then I called Sharon, and from my first few hard moments talking to her I knew it would be the best decision. She took care of me and my pet with such empathy and dignity it made one of the hardest days of my life a little more bearable. When we received the ashes quickly and it was as we hoped it would be. The cremation company even included a card of condolence which I found to be so very thoughtful. If you are looking for a mindful treatment for your pet it is the best.
