I can't recommend Josh enough. This was my first experience with having to make this difficult decision. Back on November 11th 2022 I had to lay my best friend to rest. Josh was incredibly helpful, kind, and compassionate through the entire process. He handled her body with the utmost respect and care and hand delivered her remains to my home a few days later with a certificate, paw prints and a nose print. Thank you is not enough.

*update October 2022: I have used his services twice now, this time for a little guinea pig, and was even more blown away this time as he was able to get me all the prints even though the pads didn't have much to work with, and even a nose print that I truly wanted more than anything but didn't think would be possible. I will continue to tell everyone I know to go here. I had no expectations this time and he still blew my mind. I will ALWAYS go here when the rainbow bridge makes it appearance in my home.July 2021:Joshua at New Leaf made the saddest part of my life as easy as he possibly could.Several weeks ago I lost my best friend. I spent over half of my life with him and letting him go was the hardest experience I've ever had. Losing him still hurts but Joshua made sure I had my boy back as soon as possible and communicated with me throughout the whole process, before and after. He went out of his way for me several times.I had not prepared myself for this at all, but the process went way better than I would have ever expected,I don't remember a life without my boy, but now I have him by my side forever.

Absolutely fantastic service; Joshua and New Leaf Pet Aqua Cremation were recommended to me after the passing of my cat. Joshua was very prompt & kind at what was a difficult time, and his prices were also reasonable.

Keri and I can't thank Josh and New Leaf enough! Our sweet boy Otis passed due to heart failure in January 2023 and one of the most painful and awful experiences of our lives became both manageable and peaceful as a direct result of New Leaf. Josh's empathy and caring touch is so genuine it is truly unmatched. He gives the same love to your family member that you did! Joshua showed the upmost kindness and compassion with one of the most difficult times in my life.He promptly answering all my questions leading up to, picking up Lexi, and bringing her back home a week later with paw prints, nose prints, fur clippings, her surgery hardware, and even her microchip!He made this horrible time bearable, and I can’t recommend this service more.It was comforting knowing that she was actually cremated alone, from a small business with real customer service.Thank you so much Joshua ❤️

We are so grateful that Josh, from New Leaf Pet Aqua Cremation, made a very tough time easier. The respect, compassion and empathy were were shown were appreciated more than I can put into words. We dealt directly with Josh from start to finish, he came to our house to pick-upour girl and returned her to us in a week. His services were very affordable and worth every cent. We also liked the fact that aqua cremation is a more environmentally friendly alternative than conventional cremation.Thank you Josh for taking such good care of our girl Starr and for helping us navigate through one of lifes hardest journeys.

I received kind, patient service for my cat, when I was teary and incoherent and frail. There were some very nice keepsakes added at no extra charge, and my cat's remains will be sprinkled in a nice place. The price was very reasonable. I very much recommend that people ask their vet for New Leaf Pet Aqua Cremation by name when dealing with their pet's end-of-life care.

Joshua is incredible. He is so caring and treated my bearded dragon Joey with the utmost respect. It felt very dignifying having Joshua there through the whole process as suppose to going to your vet and not knowing who is going to be around him. Joshua even brought my joey to me in a snow storm. His dedication is awesome. Thank you for the ink prints. Couldn't ask for anything better.

So happy we decided to go with New Leaf Cremation for our beloved Dog Lexus after she passed. Josh was professional yet compationate. They're Pick Up and Drop Off traportation -that they offer is so incredably helpful during that difficult time. They also offer paw prints, nose prints and an Urn at no additiona charge, unlike other companies and Vet Clinics who use this as an additionl money grab at what feels like the worst time.Thank you Josh for your wondeful service.
